$54,000 - $60,000 annually, dependent upon qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package to include membership in the Arizona State Retirement System.P LEASE NOTE

Position is grant funded with employment contingent upon continued receipt of grant funding. Under general supervision, responsible for strengthening countywide collaboration, building educator capacity and supporting every public, charter and accommodation school across Cochise County with a focus on small schools. Leads professional learning initiatives, coordinates cross-district partnerships, and ensures small schools have access to high-quality training, resources, and support aligned with county priorities; performs related work as assigned. : (Illustrative Only) Responsible for strengthening countywide collaboration, building educator capacity, and supporting every public, charter, and accommodation school across Cochise County with a focus on small schools. This role leads professional learning initiatives, coordinates cross-district partnerships, and ensures schools have access to high-quality training, resources, and support aligned with county priorities. Serves as a trusted liaison between small schools, districts, community partners, and the Superintendent's Office—advancing a unified vision of excellence, equity, and service for all students in Cochise County. A bachelor's degree in education or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the US Department of Education and three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience; must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and the ability to be covered by county insurance. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved may be considered.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
: Master's degree in education, Educational Leadership, or related fieldKnowledge of:
modern office procedures and methods; English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation; computer hardware and software; policies and procedures of the assigned department; principles and procedures of record keeping; Skill in: building strong, trusting relationships; use of computerized budget/financial tracking and reporting systems; performing and verifying mathematical computations.Ability to:
maintain accurate records, reports and communication; develop clear, timely communications; assist schools in navigating training and partnership activities; promote a culture of partnership, transparency and shared responsibility for student success; prepare clear and concise reports; read, write and speak English; communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public.WORK ENVIRONMENT
: Work is primarily performed under general supervision. Incumbent generally performs work in a typical office setting with appropriate climate controls. Travel, early morning, evening, and weekend work required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
: Essential functions of this position require: lifting, manual dexterity, ability to communicate.Sedentary Work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body; involves sitting majority of time; walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.Mental Application:
