Varies Position Summary Love the outdoors and working with people? Join our Parks team and help create a great experience for campers and visitors. In this role, you'll welcome guests, handle campground registrations and payments, answer questions about the park and local area, and help keep campsites running smoothly. This is a great position for someone who enjoys customer service, staying organized, and working in a beautiful outdoor environment. What You'll Do Greet campers and park visitors in a friendly, helpful manner Register guests and collect camping and park fees Provide information about parks, campgrounds, recreation areas, and local attractions Perform basic office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry Inspect campsites to ensure guests are following park rules Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and prepare deposits Assist with deliveries and courier duties as needed What We're Looking For Skills & Experience Comfortable working with the public and providing excellent customer service Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with reservation software is helpful, but not required Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations Organized, dependable, and able to follow procedures Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Ability to stay calm and make good decisions in busy or challenging situations Schedule Flexibility This role may require weekends, holidays or early morning/evening shifts Work Environment This position works both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Duties may include standing or sitting for extended periods, walking throughout park grounds, light lifting, bending, kneeling, and frequent interaction with visitors in a fast-paced environment.
