Couples & Mens Issues Therapist EFT Focused (Peoria)

DK Counseling is entering a new chapter. As our Clinical Director moves into full-time leadership, we are seeking a dedicated therapist to become our primary clinician for new referrals. You will not be inheriting an old caseload; instead, you will be the direct recipient of all incoming inquiries for couples seeking in-person treatment. You will also have various opportunities to take on individual clients of families if desired. This is a "ground-floor" opportunity for a clinician who wants the autonomy of private practice with the consistent referral stream and administrative support of an established firm. Clinical Focus & Philosophy While we welcome your unique clinical voice and allow for total autonomy in how you treat various demographics, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is our cornerstone for couples work. •

The Ideal Fit:

A clinician who is either trained in EFT or possesses a deep desire to master it. We are willing to provide extensive, high-level training, including co-therapy "sit-ins" and direct mentorship to ensure you feel confident in this model.

Specialization:

While you will treat a variety of presenting problems, our primary need is a provider who excels in male-focused clinical work and high-conflict couples .

Faith-Integrated Care:

A significant portion of our community seeks Christian-integrated counseling. We are looking for a provider who is competent and comfortable incorporating a faith-based worldview into the clinical process when requested by the client. Caseload & Growth We value transparency: this role involves a collaborative "build." As the Director stops accepting new clients, you will become the priority for our marketing and intake efforts. We offer a steady stream of referrals, and for those available for evenings and weekends , caseloads typically fill more quickly.

What We Offer Direct Mentorship:

Access to "sit-in" sessions with the Director and "free supervision" (if applicable) focused on EFT mastery.

Full Administrative Support:

We handle all marketing, intakes, billing, and EHR management. You focus entirely on the clinical work.

Professional Autonomy:

You manage your own schedule and treatment plans.

Growth:

As a 1099 position, compensation is earned per billable client contact hour . While we provide the brand and referrals, we are looking for a partner who understands that proactive networking is a direct investment in their own thriving, full-time caseload. Requirements Active Arizona License (Associate or Independent).

Mandatory Availability:

Thursdays and Fridays (including weeknight evenings). Ability to work in-person at our Peoria location . A strong interest in (or experience with) EFT and Men's Issues.
