This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work, driving, and customer interaction. You'll play a key part in ensuring sensitive instruments are handled with care, accurately documented, and delivered safely to our customers.

What You'll Do:

Inspect instruments to confirm accuracy and match them with the correct certification documents Carefully pack and prepare instruments for safe transport Pick up and deliver instruments to local and nearby customer locations Maintain accurate and organized delivery/pickup documentation Provide professional and friendly communication with customers and internal teams Plan routes and manage your time to complete daily deliveries efficiently Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Assist with general tasks such as trash/recycling runs and other errands Support front office operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in driving, handling equipment/instruments, or customer-facing roles Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs Comfortable driving and being on the road for up to 8 hours per day Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow directions
