Court Monitor

Duties:

• Monitor and supervise activities to ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Provide guidance and instruction to participants in various activities.
• Assist with setting up equipment and facilities for activities.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents and provide appropriate assistance.
• Document incidents, accidents, or any other relevant information.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sports coaching or working with children is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with participants, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of basketball rules and techniques is a plus.
• Ability to handle conflict management and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
