Job Description
JOB TITLE
Court Liaison (Liaison)PURPOSE:
The Treatment Court Liaison (Liaison) provides non-clinical professional and specialized support services to clients in Treatment Court with navigating the intersections between criminal justice, behavioral health and community resource systems. The Liaison attends court hearings, participates in treatment team meetings, conducts chart audits, tracks all required reporting, and attends required trainings and meetings with the court. - Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) and program staff to engage participants in Treatment Court (TC) in recommended services in the community, attend prescribed administrative meetings, training, client reporting, and abide by the conditions set out in the AOC contract with Krossroads. Maintain a caseload of a total of 20 TC participants. Utilize the identified pilot project database following the data collection guidelines as set forth by the AOC. Attend all meetings and training as required by the AOC, Judicial District Court and Krossroads for TC participants. Communicate with AOC and Court program staff as required regarding TC participant engagement and progress within 72 hours of contact with participant and provide complete Biopsychosocial/Psychiatric evaluation within 48 hours of completion. Provide direct services to TC participants in a variety of settings to include assisting participants with identifying natural supports, increasing health and well-being, and building upon strengths. Collaborate with Krossroads Administrative team to facilitate the scheduling of biopsychosocial assessment participants within 3 days of a referral and provide the treatment plan to the court within 1-2 days. Coordinate wrap-around services in the community for TC participants. Develop a Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) service treatment plan with TC participants and conduct regular updates Document AOC participant progress toward CCSS treatment plan goals in the electronic medical record and in DIMS as required by the AOC/Court. Conduct chart audits at least 2 days prior to scheduled Interdisciplinary Team Meeting (ITDM) to monitor client progress and ensure chart completion Provide CCSS services to clients within Las Vegas as needed. Attend ITDMs for assigned TC participants. Ensure appropriate release of information (ROI) is present to communicate with client's assigned probation/parole, pre-trial officer/attorney, and or treatment guardian/legal guardian as needed. Document client interactions in client charts according to KIHRs policies and procedures. Collect and maintain information per data tracking requirements forTC. WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be 18 years of age or older and; Have a CCSS certification or acquire this certification within 90 days or hire. Driver's license and reliable transportation.
