Job Description

  • Assist in planning and coordinating financial literacy and other community development outreach activities and initiative.
  • Assist in creation, development, or enhancement of content for newsletters, websites, libraries, social media platforms, initiatives, and other communication along with distribution through multiple internal and external sources.
  • Assist in collecting and building community development activity packages as well as tracking and reporting community development services, donations, loans, and investments.
  • Assist in management of shared CRA, Donations and Financial Literacy Mailboxes.
  • Assists with research related to financial literacy initiatives
  • Attends community outreach engagements and other functions with community-based organization partners
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
  • Assists with special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Currently working towards a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management or related field
  • Prior banking experience preferred
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills and exercises good judgement to make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be a self-starter and able to meet all deadlines
  • Must communicate effectively, both verbal and written
  • Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
