Responsibilities Residential Repairs & Maintenance Perform a variety of residential repair and maintenance tasks Complete work involving: Carpentry Drywall repair Painting Tile work Minor plumbing repairs General remodeling and maintenance Deliver safe, clean, and professional workmanship Manage Daily Workflow Review schedules and job details daily Contact customers to confirm appointments and arrival times Use company mobile tools/apps to track work progress and updates Customer Service & Communication Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Explain repair options and project expectations Build trust through punctuality, transparency, and quality work Maintain Professional Standards Keep work areas clean and organized Maintain tools and equipment properly Ensure every project meets company quality standards Build Long-Term Client Relationships Deliver service that consistently earns positive customer feedback Become a trusted resource for repeat customers and referrals
