Crane Operator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and safety-minded Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has proven experience operating various types of cranes in construction, industrial, or heavy civil environments, with a strong commitment to worksite safety and precision lifting operations. Responsibilities

• Operate mobile, rough terrian, or crawler cranes.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and complete daily equipment checklists.
• Read and interpret lift plans, rigging diagrams, and load charts.
• Communicate with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors via radio and hand signals.
• Set up and dismantle crane equipment safely per manufacturer and site requirements.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain accurate operator logs and inspection records.
• Work in compliance with

OSHA, ASME

B30, and site-specific safety protocols. Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of verified crane operating experience.
• NCCCO certification required.
• Thorough knowledge of rigging practices, load charts, and lift planning.
• Familiarity with

OSHA 1926

Subpart CC regulations.

• Ability to operate equipment in tight spaces, adverse weather, and varying terrain.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred for mobile crane operators.
