This role includes full responsibility for the mobilization, setup, operation, and demobilization of boom trucks, truck cranes, and all-terrain cranes ranging from 55T to 400T. Job Responsibilities Mobilization & Demobilization Mobilize and demobilize boom trucks, truck cranes, and all-terrain cranes (55T-400T) to and from various job sites Ensure cranes are properly secured and transport-ready Crane Operation Safely operate cranes in accordance with NCCCO standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company safety policies Lift, move, and place heavy materials and equipment as directed by supervisors or project managers Execute lifts accurately using load charts, lift plans, and site conditions Inspections & Maintenance Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections Identify and report mechanical or safety issues promptly Safety & Compliance Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times Properly use PPE and follow all jobsite safety procedures Communication & Coordination Communicate clearly with ground crews using hand signals, radios, or other devices Coordinate closely with rigging crews to ensure secure load attachment Project Execution Meet project schedules without sacrificing safety or quality Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail Schedule & Location Full-time, Monday-Friday Occasional travel, overtime, and double time Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota Required Qualifications Valid and current Driver's License with a clean driving record Class
A CDL DOT
Medical Card Proven experience as a Crane Operator in construction or related industries NCCCO certification or equivalent Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging practices, and safety procedures Ability to read and interpret blueprints and load charts Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical ability to perform job duties in various weather conditions Preferred (Not Required)
OSHA 10, OSHA 30
