Creative Concierge

The Marketing Studio is hiring a Creative Concierge to support the daily operations, creative production, and client experience. This role is for someone who is highly organized, creative, aesthetically driven, and naturally hospitable. You'll work directly within a luxury creative studio environment handling everything from design requests and content creation to appointments, merchandising, pickups, and member communication. This is not a traditional retail or office role. We're looking for someone who understands branding, presentation, and creating elevated experiences for clients and members. Responsibilities Creative & Content Customize templates and marketing materials Handle design requests and revisions Export and organize final deliverables Maintain creative consistency across projects Assist with content shoots and editing Create shot lists and prepare content deliverables Support turnaround timelines and queue management Studio Operations Manage appointments and pickups Communicate with members and clients Support onboarding and hospitality experiences Maintain studio aesthetics and organization Handle inventory, merchandising, and setup Restock displays, planners, templates, and materials Maintain signage and visual presentation throughout the studio Qualifications Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service Creative eye for branding, design, and aesthetics Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools Ability to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Interest in fashion, beauty, hospitality, branding, or content creation preferred Ideal Candidate Naturally organized and proactive Calm under pressure Stylish and presentation-aware Loves branding, social media, and creative culture Thrives in aesthetically driven environments Understands luxury hospitality and client experience Compensation 4-day work week Part-time Growth opportunities available as the studio expands Include in application: Resume Website or portfolio (if applicable) A short introduction about yourself and why you'd be a good fit for
