Creative Designer (Packaging + Brand) Full-Time | In-Person (Piney Flats, TN) About the Role We're looking for a high-level Creative Designer with strong experience in packaging and brand execution . This is not an entry-level role . Your work will go directly into production—on shelves, in customers' hands, and across real brand campaigns. You'll be designing everything from packaging and dielines to marketing assets and product visuals . If you can move fast, think independently, and execute at a high level without constant direction, this role offers real ownership and impact. What You'll Be Working OnPackaging & Product (Core Focus) Design and refine product packaging and labels Build and manage dielines and production-ready files Prepare files for print ( bleeds, CMYK/Pantone, vendor specs, compliance ) Ensure accuracy and consistency across all packaging Contribute to new product concepts and visual direction Brand & Creative Create high-quality marketing assets (social, retail, campaigns) Help shape and maintain brand identity Ensure a consistent, elevated look across all touchpoints Bring ideas—not just execution Execution & Collaboration Work directly with vendors and production partners Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Translate ideas into clean, real-world deliverables What We're Looking For Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator + Photoshop required) Packaging experience is

Deep understanding of: Dielines Print production Packaging workflows Ability to produce print-ready, production-level files Strong foundation in layout, typography, and brand systems High attention to detail (this is critical) Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality Self-starter mindset with strong ownership Important Portfolio
