Credit & Collections Specialist

KSI Auto Parts is seeking a highly motivated Credit & Collections Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and negotiating customer payments, including full payments, payment arrangements, resolving overdue bills, etc.; conducting investigations into accounts as needed; and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the automotive collision repair industry.

Position Responsibilities:

Facilitate customer payments via phone and mail channels. Skillfully negotiate immediate full payments, payment arrangements, and customized payment plans as necessary. Utilize various computer programs for accurate reporting and tracking. Leverage analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to investigate and/or resolve past-due payments and delinquent accounts efficiently, maintaining timely resolutions. Demonstrate a basic understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits. Qualifications Prior experience in accounting/collections is preferred A basic understanding of accounting principles Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service Monday through Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
