This is a joint office role and you will be required to commute to each office twice a week, being at your home office on Fridays. The hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.Duties:
Facilitating orientation and training for caregivers Communicate with recruiting and onboarding to ensure a quick hiring timeline for all applicants. Implement policy and procedures with employee retention. Offer continued support and training to all caregivers. Responsible for assisting with payroll. Upkeep spreadsheets and reports as directed. to get started! This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
