• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Crew Leads and Laborers to join our dynamic construction team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in executing various construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. As a Crew Lead, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks among team members, and ensure project milestones are met. Laborers will support the team by performing essential physical tasks, operating heavy equipment, and assisting with site preparation and cleanup. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and front loader trucks with precision and adherence to safety standards Assist with concrete finishing, forming, pipe laser alignment, utility locating, and plumbing tasks to support project progress Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute construction plans accurately Perform welding tasks as needed for structural or utility installations Support pipeline installation projects by handling excavation, trenching, and pipe laying activities Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proficiency in heavy equipment operation including dozer, loader operation, backhoe operation, excavator use, forklift handling, and front loader trucks Skilled in concrete finishing techniques and concrete forming processes Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings Experience with utility locating tools such as pipe lasers and understanding of pipeline installation procedures Knowledge of construction site safety practices and OSHA regulations Basic welding skills for structural or utility work Familiarity with plumbing systems and oil & gas industry standards is a plus Strong teamwork skills with the ability to lead or support as needed in fast-paced environments Join us if you're ready to build your career in construction with a passionate team dedicated to excellence!
