What You'll Do:

Manage daily operations on residential and commercial job sites Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards Ensure all safety protocols are followed and proactively manage jobsite safety Mentor and support your crew, promoting a culture of excellence Communicate effectively with clients and team members Uphold and embody our company's core values in all interactions

Safety Growth Oriented Requirements:

5+ years of professional painting experience (interior and exterior) Leadership experience and ability to train and mentor others Strong communication and organizational skills Strong knowledge of substrates, prep, coatings, and application techniques Understanding of safety regulations (PPE, ladder use, fall protection, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Legal ability to work in the U.S.
