Duties Lead and supervise landscape crews in performing maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation or repair Coordinate daily work schedules to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety protocols Provide hands-on training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations Assist with landscape construction projects including site preparation, planting, hardscaping, and tree care Monitor equipment usage and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation Foster a positive team environment by motivating crew members and resolving any on-site issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant health and garden design Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction settings preferred Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Strong communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with clients or project managers Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods Valid driver's license; some roles may require certification in safety or equipment operation Join us to lead inspiring landscapes while developing your leadership skills!
