Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader to oversee lawn care, landscape construction, pruning, and general landscaping projects. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of skilled laborers, ensuring high-quality work while maintaining safety standards. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction will drive successful project completion and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead dynamic outdoor projects, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of laborers and crew members during lawn care, landscape construction, pruning, and maintenance tasks Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks based on project needs and team strengths Perform hands-on landscaping activities including planting, trimming, pruning, irrigation installation, and general gardening duties Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress Maintain equipment, tools, and materials to ensure optimal performance and safety Support team development through coaching, training on horticultural techniques, and fostering a positive work environment Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or construction projects with a focus on lawn care and garden management Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or landscaping settings Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care practices, irrigation systems, and general gardening techniques Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions Basic understanding of maintenance procedures for tools and equipment used in landscape construction Join us if you're passionate about creating stunning outdoor environments!
