Duties Lead and supervise a crew responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance activities. Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects. Perform quality checks on completed work to meet company standards and client expectations. Maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools; perform routine maintenance and safety inspections. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations. Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork. Assist with landscaping projects including planting, pruning, tree care, and minor construction tasks as needed. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related outdoor work. Supervising experience leading teams in landscaping or construction settings. Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, gardening techniques, and plant health management. Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care procedures, and general maintenance tasks. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and perform basic equipment repairs. Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and management.
