Crew Lead/Manager. Previous experience in outdoor services Preferred.

Job description:

Perform task's efficiently and maintain quality work ( its your job to make sure jobs are completed to company standards). Be punctual (show up to work on time - or before crew to make sure everything's ready for the day) Manage crew helpers (keeping them on task) Primarily leading mowing crew but also helping with landscaping crew when needed during summer months. Help smaller crew in spring and fall (working alongside owner). Helping maintain equipment when needed IE changing oil & filters, sharpening blades, and cleaning equipment. (Keep an eye out for malfunctioning equipment and report it immediately) Shop days are scheduled on rainy days. Flexibility to work longer hours and overtime during rainy weeks to be able to keep up with work demand and during prime summer months. Meeting Or exceeding work load quotas Maintain a positive attitude and help boost team morale Be honest and truthful even when mistakes happen Must be self motivated and willing to think ahead (explain at interview) Maintain Respect and chain of command Always willing to jump in and lend a hand where needed Winter Plow snow/ show up every snowfall no matter time of day. Maintain equipment Split firewood Shop hours Other Misc. 1: We do a wide range of projects in the winter to fill in work between snowfalls must be open to helping with projects you may not be trained for or have knowledge for - Lend a helping hand working alongside owner. 2: If any customers are requesting additional work or have questions always tell them to call company number or email. 3: Lend a hand marketing in spring (explain at interview) 4.Weekends off excluding plowing snow

Pay:

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
