SUMMARY:

 Domino's Pizza Team USA team members are an inclusive, fun, and friendly group of people. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing quality customer service as well as making our delicious food with pride. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by providing information, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent customer service abilityPrior experience in a customer service or applicable role preferredAbility to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaintsProven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goalAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)Must be able to make correct monetary changeExcellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
