Duties Assist with lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain healthy, attractive lawns. Support landscape maintenance projects including planting, pruning, tree care, and shrubbery upkeep. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping tasks like digging, planting, and installing hardscape features. Use equipment such as excavators and snow plows when needed for seasonal or large-scale projects. Help with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering solutions. Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and routine maintenance to keep work areas safe and organized. Support team members in constructing hardscape features like patios or walkways while adhering to safety standards. Experience Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools and power tools is beneficial. Knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques, or horticulture principles is advantageous. Experience operating equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a bonus but not mandatory. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to construction, tree trimming, or irrigation systems.
