Crew Member

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a crew member, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the seating areas. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience. Experience Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Experience with coffee preparation or knowledge of different brewing methods is a plus. Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
