Crew Member

We are looking for dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our fast-paced car wash team. This position involves helping customers, maintaining wash quality, keeping the site clean and organized, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused, able to work independently, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Leadership experience is a plus for applicants interested in shift lead responsibilities. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with wash selections and memberships Maintain cleanliness of the wash tunnel, vacuum area, and property Perform opening and closing duties Troubleshoot minor equipment or operational issues Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times Help maintain a positive and professional environment Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently Support team members and assist with daily workflow Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience preferred but not required Leadership or management experience is a plus Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally Working in outdoor temperatures and wet conditions Why Join Us?
