Job Summary We're looking for upbeat, reliable Crew Members to keep our laundromat sparkling, customers smiling, and operations running smoothly! As a Crew Member, you'll be the friendly face of Washdaze—folding laundry like a pro and delivering top-notch customer service. This fast-paced, hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, helping people, and taking pride in a clean, welcoming space. •Now Hiring for 2nd and 3rd Shifts!•8-24hrs a week•

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Orders:

Greet customers warmly, process drop-off orders, fold to our quality standards, and make sure everything gets to customers quickly and correctly.

Cleaning & Productivity:

Follow the daily cleaning checklist to keep the entire store spotless—floors, machines, glass, bathrooms, and more. Stay productive and ready to jump in throughout your shift.

Facility & Safety:

Handle basic cash procedures properly, maintain a safe and orderly environment, report any issues right away, and always follow safety guidelines.

Breaks & Attendance:

Clock in and out accurately, document your breaks, and return ready to work. Good attendance is a must!

Teamwork:

Stay flexible, positive, and ready to help wherever needed—especially during your first 90 days. Requirements Strong customer service attitude and reliability Ability to stay productive and work independently or as part of a team Excellent attendance and punctuality (key to success here!) Available for 2nd and 3rd shift hours and must be able to help cover shifts as needed Comfortable with light physical work (standing, folding, cleaning) Willing to follow dress code and all company policies We're an Equal Opportunity Employer.
