Crew Member

Job Summary:

NOSH Empanada is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team in a quick-service fast food environment. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders and handling payments efficiently.
• Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring all dishes meet our quality control requirements.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety and handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Upsell and suggest menu items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, demonstrating a willingness to help and support the team.
• Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a memorable dining experience.
• Familiarity with food handling and safety procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Experience in the food industry, with a knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
