Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, edging, or installing landscape features. Help with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of gardens and lawns. Contribute to snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and assisting with construction of pathways or retaining walls. Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and optimal performance on all job sites. Experience No prior experience required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn new skills in landscaping and maintenance. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for understanding equipment operation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is beneficial but not mandatory.
