Whether you're trimming trees, operating power tools, or helping with hardscape projects, your contributions will help create inviting environments for clients and communities alike. This position offers hands-on experience in multiple aspects of landscape maintenance and construction, fostering growth and skill development in a lively, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Assist with lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf and vibrant landscapes Support landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, tree trimming, planting, and gardening to enhance property aesthetics Operate hand tools and power equipment like trimmers, blowers, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and effectively Contribute to hardscape projects by helping install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways for clients Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects involving horticulture, tree care, irrigation setup, and general site cleanup Experience Previous experience or familiarity with landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate Knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators is advantageous Basic understanding of horticulture principles, lawn care practices, and tree care techniques is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for active tasks Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Join us to develop your skills in landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor environments!
