Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately while handling transactions and daily cash procedures Prepare food according to company quality and food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, dining, and service areas Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations Upsell menu items and promotions to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales Assist with food delivery, stocking supplies, and general restaurant upkeep Follow all food handling and workplace safety guidelines Qualifications Previous restaurant, cashier, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Why Join Us?
