Earn between $21.00 and $22.25 per hour to start. Jersey Mike's Subs continues to grow in Southern California. Management Candidates should ideally come from a quick-serve/food service background with the ability to lead teams through positive coaching and mentoring for at least 1 year. Your urgency must be on point, with the ability to have a 360-degree view of the operation at all times. Candidates must have knowledge of proper restaurant sanitation with food and labor cost experience being a plus.
