As we prepare for our grand opening on June 29, 2026, we are seeking dedicated, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Service Crew Members. About the Role Service Crew Members will play a vital role in ensuring children receive hot balanced meals in a clean, welcoming, and positive environment. Crew members will assist with meal preparation, food handling, serving, sanitation, and maintaining exceptional service standards while helping create a safe and encouraging atmosphere for the children we serve.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
• Following food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
• Assisting with inventory, stocking, and organization
• Providing respectful, friendly, and professional service
• Supporting a positive team-oriented work environment
• Helping create a welcoming experience for every child served

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, cafeteria operations, childcare nutrition programs, or restaurant environments is strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for serving children and supporting the community
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting
• Food Handler Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
