Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling stations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces Support food service operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food delivery to customers efficiently Handle cash transactions accurately while managing register operations with basic math skills Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Experience Previous experience in food preparation or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus Background in retail math, cash handling, and basic math enhances efficiency in daily tasks Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail setting demonstrates strong customer service skills Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for supporting food prep activities Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
