Job Description

Crisis Stabilization Unit Supervisor As a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of professionals and paraprofessionals providing care to individuals experiencing acute mental health and substance use crises. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity for flexible scheduling based on departmental needs. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree, preferred 2 years' experience working with individuals with mental illness or substance use disorder or Bachelor's degree in a human services field 1 year of supervisory experience, preferred Valid Driver's License required Must pass a background check Flexible availability
Responsibilities:
Train, supervise, and support departmental staff Assist in developing treatment plans and client services in compliance with licensure regulations and funding requirements Provide or cover supportive group counseling sessions, based on credentials Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, training, and community outreach Maintain compliance with Corporate Compliance Plan and documentation standards Manage staff scheduling and productivity to ensure adequate coverage and quality care Participate in on-call rotation as needed Ensure services are medically necessary and cost-effective Oversee departmental purchasing to support financial sustainability Perform other duties as assigned to support program and organizational needs Benefits of full time employment include: High quality, low cost medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous "company funded" retirement plan Competitive salary Paid holidays Paid days off (PDO) Life insurance Advancement opportunities Come join our team and make a difference in someone's life!
