Job Description

AllOne Health is a global Employee Assistance Program dedicated to providing mental health support to individuals and teams impacted by critical incidents. We work with first responders, healthcare professionals, community groups, and workplaces following traumatic events to ensure emotional wellbeing and psychological resilience. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and skilled Critical Incident Stress Debriefment (CISD) Facilitator to provide immediate psychological first aid and conduct structured debriefings following critical incidents. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals or teams under acute stress and demonstrate strong crisis communication and trauma-informed care skills. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group Critical Incident Stress Debriefings using recognized models (e.g., Mitchell Model) Provide on-site or virtual psychological first aid following traumatic events (e.g., line-of-duty deaths, workplace violence, natural disasters) Monitor and assess clients for signs of acute stress reactions, trauma, or the need for further referral Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred) Licensed mental health professional preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) Certification or formal training in
CISD/CISM
(e.g., ICISF Critical Incident Stress Management certification) preferred Experience working with first responders, military, healthcare, or high-stress environments strongly preferred Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of trauma-informed care, PTSD, and grief support practices
