Join a team of 4 CRNA?s in a collegial and flexible environment Typical, varied case mix includes orthopedics, general surgery, Ob/Gyn, and more Light volumes where you are able to have the day off while still getting paid if there are no surgeries scheduled Flexible schedule can accommodate interest in 3-weeks on/1-week off Call of just 1-day per week and 1-weekend per month Not-for-profit, financially stable critical access hospital frequently rated amongst the best in the country

Compensation & Benefits:
