Job Description

  • Job Summary and Responsibilities
  • Opportunity to join our well-respected Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) team that provides anesthesia services for patients requiring surgery and any other procedures requiring an anesthetic.
This position will provide care in our downtown Seattle location, Virginia Mason Medical Center. + Hospital-employed positions + Team-based anesthesia care model + Diverse caseload + Research-based patient care protocols + Patient-focused care with attention to patient safety, quality, & comfort
  • Predictable work schedule, minimal call + Excellent work-life balance + Comprehensive benefits package
  • Offering relocation assistance and a $20,000 starting bonus. $268,800
  • $291,200 Base Salary Range (based on CRNA experience). Additional quality incentive up to $10,000/year, prorated for FTE.
  • Job Requirements
  • + Current Washington State Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License + Current Certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) + Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice + Strong knowledge of current anesthesia practices and procedures + Aptitude for detail and strong organizational skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to respond appropriately in stressful or emergent situations •Where You'll Work•Virginia Mason Franciscan Health has a rich history of providing exceptional healthcare, dating back to 1891.
