Cardiac, Thoracic, Obstetrics, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, General Surgery, GI, Major Vascular, Outpatient, TEE; plus

Podiatry, Plastics, OMFS, Endo, ENT, Urology, Spine Credentialing:

Orientation held 4th :30 ; standard hospital onboarding

Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible:

Anesthesiology (MD/DO) or

CRNA Certifications:

BLS/ACLS/DEA

as required

Licensure:
