Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a permanent, full-time or part-time role at a leading medical center near Mapleton, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity for a CRNA with a minimum of one year of experience who is ready to contribute to a high-acuity, Level III trauma environment with a well-established team.
Position Overview:
Employment Type:
Full-time (80 hours per pay period) or Part-time (48 hours per pay period), permanent position
Practice Setting:
Independent CRNA role, following Oregon state regulations and health district policies
Trauma Level:
Level III Trauma Center with a wide range of case acuity
Team Structure:
Collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs; CRNAs practice independently
Specialty Areas:
General anesthesia, endoscopy, cath lab, and outpatient surgeries. Excludes head and heart surgeries; pediatric cases limited to healthy patients
Facilities:
7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and nearby ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia and related care independently, adhering to Medical Staff bylaws and CRNA practice standards Manage diverse cases and perform various types of blocks as necessary Participate in an equitable call schedule with paid on-call days and post-call days off Rotate weekend duties with other team members
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year as a CRNA (new graduates will not be considered)
Certification:
Board-Certified CRNA Licensure:
Oregon State CRNA license (or willingness to obtain before start)
Additional Qualifications:
Strong preference for candidates with Oregon ties or previous residence in
Oregon Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary:
full-time, with adjustments for experience and part-time roles (to be discussed during the interview)

Assistance available for candidates relocating to the area
