We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesiology team at Santa Rosa Hospital. Position Summary As a CRNA at Kaiser Permanente, you will administer anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and medical procedures while partnering closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a technologically advanced and supportive environment focused on evidence-based care and professional excellence. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and assessments Administer general, regional, spinal, and intravenous anesthesia Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond to physiological changes Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams on anesthesia plans Perform procedures outside of the OR, including intubation and arterial line placement Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation Educate patients and families regarding anesthesia procedures and associated risks Support safe patient transitions to post-anesthesia care units
Qualifications Required:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Graduate of an accredited School of Anesthesia Active California RN License Active California CRNA Certification BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Preferred:
