Position Highlights:

We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Technical Service Advisor. Are you passionate about speaking with medical professionals, and building consultative relationships? As a key player in our Technical Service department, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talent for driving business and providing world class service to our growing base of customer/house accounts.

ProDirect Dental Laboratory 160 Chubb Avenue Lyndhurst, NJ 07071

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the ultimate point of contact for inbound support tickets related to product line.
• Function as the technical bridge between customers and the laboratory, converting doctor feedback into digital design specifications for ongoing orders.
• Engage with doctors via telephone and message to address inquiries and deliver technical customer support.
• Maintain regular communication with doctors, acting as their primary contact for treatment planning discussions, responding to case questions, and providing detailed clarification on complex orders.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume laboratory setting.
• Prior experience in a customer service role within a laboratory environment.
• Proficient understanding of dental implant systems and digital elements (e.g., scan bodies).
• Customer-centric focus, able to engage with doctors on live discussion, assisting with questions and troubleshooting issues to ensure the best customer experience.
• Empathetic nature, capable of relating well to others and comprehending customer pain points.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Eager to work for a rapidly growing company.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at engaging effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Strong ability to build consultative relationships.
• A sincere passion for connecting with clients and addressing their specific needs.
• Additional experience in dental customer success or laboratory work is a plus.
• CDT certification is preferred but not mandatory.
