Key Qualifications:

ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent credential required Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or eligibility to obtain Demonstrated experience operating CT imaging equipment in a hospital or clinical setting Comprehensive knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT protocols Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images Ensure adherence to safety standards, including proper use of radiation protection measures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the imaging suite Verify patient identification and explain procedures to foster a positive patient experience Collaborate with radiologists and referring clinicians to provide timely image delivery and clinical information Perform regular equipment checks and maintain detailed records of imaging procedures
