Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Take your expertise in CT imaging to the next level by delivering high-quality diagnostic care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will leverage exceptional technical skills and experience to provide superior support to clinical staff and ensure accurate patient assessments.
Schedule:
3x12s or 4x10s; note that the schedule may be updated during the interview process to address operational needs Sun-Wed coverage required Block scheduling is not available
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on CT imaging experience—strictly enforced Current ARRT (CT) certification is required First-time contract professionals must have 3+ years of recent experience in CT imaging to be considered Candidates must reside outside the 50-mile radius of the facility (no local applicants) Strong technical knowledge with attention to safety and radiation protocols Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with facility standards Work collaboratively with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals Ensure equipment is well-maintained, reporting issues for prompt resolution Adhere to departmental guidelines, hospital policies, and industry regulations
