Job Overview Meadows on Fairview Senior Living, is Ebenezer's 51 Unit Assisted Living and Transitional Care Community located in Wyoming, MN near Highway 35, County Roads 8, and 61. Conveniently across the street from Fairview Lakes Hospital and Dialysis center offering a full continuum of care for our residents. Our community is small enough to get to know your residents and co-workers yet large enough to provide you with opportunities and room to grow. Our tenured staff is dedicated to healing, discovering and educating for longer, healthier and substantial lives. We are looking for a Chef to join our team at Meadows on Fairview Assisted living in Wyoming, MN! This position is responsible for ensuring that meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and customer expectations. This nutrition services schedule includes; 16 hours every two weeks Day/evening shift Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities:

Food Preparation Handle and prepare food in a safe manner following policies and procedures of infection control and safety Sanitize equipment and work area after each use Ability to supervise kitchen staff Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

Must be 18+ years old Food Sanitation Safety Approved Food Sanitation Safety Course and Certification within 90

Days:

Serv Safe Always Food Safe TAP Series, LLC Advanced Health Institute less than 1 year of previous experience

Preferred Qualifications:
