Cassia , a nonprofit, senior living organization, has a rare opportunity for a Culinary Float to join our team and float between 4 different cities with possible travel to other areas based on needs. You will be floating between Buffalo MN, Dassel MN, Maple Plain MN, and Plymouth MN. This is a great opportunity to continue growing your career while sharing your expertise at multiple locations. You will bring your expertise to our 5 locations and help ensure that culinary standards are maintained.

Position Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every weekend.

Wage Range:

$33•$35 /hour depending on experience

Culinary Float Qualifications:

1-2 years of commercial cooking experience in a restaurant/ senior living or equivalent cooking experience required! Certificate from an accredited culinary arts school preferred. Valid Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Certificate or ability to pass course once employed. Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
