Job Description
The Culinary Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a total quality dining experience for our residents. This includes a thorough understanding of our menu and daily specials, proper serving guidelines, cleanliness expectations, and special diets. They ensure an efficient workflow for our waitstaff and promote a culture of service excellence. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generation's Mission, Vision, and Values in their daily work and interactions with others. Full-time, Wednesdays through Saturdays, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm Four 10-Hour Shifts Weekend and holiday availability preferredRequirements:
Previous experience in both restaurant and/or senior living is highly desired Supervisory experience is highly desired Provides a high level of customer service and promotes a restaurant-style dining atmosphere Must be able to work well and cooperate with others. Ability to communicate with empathy and compassion Ability to speak in public and articulate ideas clearly Must be passionate about wellness and life enrichment for older adults To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
