Kitchen Duties Maintain an in depth knowledge of menus and be able to list possible allergens Arrive on time and ready to start work properly attired Maintain a clean uniform Maintain a clean and organized work space at all times Maintain consistent quality of food prepared Monitor food safety and quality

• uphold our standards at all times Basic knife skills Ability to work 1-2 stations in a kitchen including: sauté, fryer, expo, and/or grill

Minimum Requirements:

• be 21 years of age
• 3 years of kitchen experience or a culinary degree
• must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week
• all employees are required to work nights, weekends, & holidays
