Cultivation Technician

Cultivation Technician (Experienced and Inexperienced) Quantum Productions is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our cultivation team. We are currently hiring both experienced cultivation technicians and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. We're building a cultivation team focused on quality, consistency, and modern greenhouse cultivation practices. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to producing high-quality cannabis while maintaining strict cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily plant care and cultivation activities including watering, pruning, trellising, transplanting, defoliation, and harvesting
• Support canopy management and overall plant health through proper training, maintenance, and observation
• Monitor irrigation systems and report inconsistencies or issues
• Assist with crop monitoring, environmental observations, and daily cultivation logs
• Inspect plants for pests, disease, deficiencies, or irregularities and communicate concerns to cultivation leadership
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout cultivation and post-harvest areas
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements at all times
• Assist with inventory tracking, waste procedures, and other cultivation support tasks as needed Qualifications
• Must be 21+ years old
• 2 + years prior cultivation, warehouse or agriculture experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks and standing for extended Periods in high heat and high humidity environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a strong ability to communicate effectively
• Familiarity with compliance software and procedures set by the state of New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission and METRC etc is a plus, but not required. Who Thrives Here
