• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technician (Grower Assistant) to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will support the cultivation process by assisting with plant care, environmental management, and maintaining optimal growing conditions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience in agriculture, greenhouse management, and sustainable cultivation practices. Duties Assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting crops to ensure healthy growth and optimal yield Monitor plant health daily by identifying pests, diseases, and deficiencies through visual inspection and plant identification skills Maintain proper irrigation systems and watering schedules to promote consistent moisture levels across all growing areas Support environmental controls such as temperature, humidity, and lighting adjustments within greenhouses or outdoor cultivation sites Use hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively for various cultivation tasks including soil preparation and maintenance Help with general upkeep of the grow area by cleaning workspaces, organizing tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move soil, plants, or equipment safely and efficiently Skills Knowledge of irrigation systems, horticulture principles, and greenhouse operations Hands-on growing experience in farming, gardening or landscaping environments Familiarity with land management practices such as lawn care and outdoor work routines Mechanical knowledge related to operating hand tools and small machinery used in cultivation Ability to identify various plant species and diagnose common issues affecting plant health Basic math skills for measurements, mixing nutrients or fertilizers accurately Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of outdoor activity in varying weather conditions Join us to cultivate your passion for plants while gaining valuable experience in a thriving agricultural setting!
