Custodian Maintenance - Part Time - Temporary

Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing common areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Conduct detailed floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance and safety. Carry out janitorial tasks in various settings including offices, restrooms, hallways, and public spaces with attention to detail. Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting (including residential painting), and troubleshooting basic equipment issues. Support industrial cleaning projects by handling heavy-duty cleaning tasks in warehouses or manufacturing areas. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and safety procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities are completed efficiently and according to schedule. Skills Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices. Skilled in floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, floor scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners safely and effectively. Experience with residential painting or general handyman tasks is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Pay:
