ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily clean and supply designated dealership areas by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and showroom, office and restroom cleaning in the GM, Subaru and Lower 40 buildings. Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Follow all health and safety regulations Secures the dealership, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required Other duties assigned when needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check and pre-employment drug screening Valid driver's license with a good driving record High School Diploma or equivalent Outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skill Self-starter who is internally motivated to achieve established performance goals Reliable transportation and attendance Must be authorized to work in the United States
